CarePortal Agency Training

The CarePortal Agency Training is a self-paced online course that teaches you how to use the CarePortal platform effectively to connect children and families with community support. Throughout this training, you will learn how to: • Create and manage your CarePortal account • Create effective requests • Review and respond to commitments for help • Manage and complete requests • Access agency support resources • Demonstrate your knowledge through a final certification quiz Each module builds upon the information presented in previous sections, so it is important to complete the training in order. Your progress will be tracked as you move through the course, allowing you to easily see where you are and return to unfinished sections if needed. By the end of this training, you will have the knowledge and confidence to successfully use CarePortal as part of your work serving children and families.
