Certification Training
Welcome to the CarePortal Certification Training for Child Welfare Professionals, School Personnel, and Community Partners.

This self-paced online training is required for individuals submitting requests through the CarePortal platform. During this course, you will learn what CarePortal is, how it strengthens families and supports child well-being, and how to effectively use the system to connect children and families with community resources.

The training includes the following modules:
Your CarePortal Account
Creating a Request
Responding to Offers
Managing and Completing a Request
Agency Support
Final Certification

Upon successful completion of the training and certification quiz, you will receive authorization to submit requests through CarePortal and will earn 1 hour of Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit.
